一 | 国家数据局不久前印发《数据产权登记工作指引（试行）》（以下简称《指引》），从登记机构管理、登记流程规范、登记凭证应用等方面作出系统部署，为全国数据产权登记工作提供了统一指导。 With Salman Khan turning 60 tomorrow, the superstar is set to mark the milestone in his trademark understated way. The occasion is particularly nostalgic for fans, as Salman becomes the last of Bollywood’s iconic Khans to turn 60, after Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. 二 | 据了解，数据产权登记凭证由可信的登记机构发放，对数据描述准确性、来源合规性、产权明确性等进行审查，是数据权属、合规等的有力证明。“未来，数据产权登记凭证的作用，还将随着数据市场化价值化方式的增加而更加多样，成为推动数据要素市场化配置的重要一环。”国家数据局有关负责人表示，为更好推动《指引》落地实施，国家数据局重点开展3方面工作：上线国家数据产权登记服务系统，有序开展数据产权登记工作；及时总结数据产权登记落地情况，加强试验任务积累实践经验；加强数据产权登记制度与流通交易、收益分配、安全治理等制度的衔接，切实打通制度落地堵点卡点，加快推进数据市场化价值化进程。（记者王云杉）。
